We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of data management, and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
The Data Analyst will work closely with different departments to identify trends, generate meaningful insights, prepare reports and dashboards, and help the organization make data-driven decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and business teams.
Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical reports and visualizations.
Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify business trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
Automate recurring reports and analytical processes wherever possible.
Maintain proper documentation of data sources, calculations, reports, and analytical processes.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support management in data-driven planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
INDEX/MATCH
IF functions
Charts and dashboards
Power Query
Good working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Understanding of databases and data structures.
Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis.
Analytical Skills

Ability to identify trends and patterns from complex datasets.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, sales, finance, operations, or business datasets is an advantage.
Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud databases or data warehouses is a plus.
